Description Impact supports youth age 12-18+ with cutting down and/or stopping substance use through education and both harm reduction and abstinence-based strategies * substance use education and harm reduction strategies provided in individual and group settings

•help to identify triggers, warning signs and to develop alternative positive coping skills 
•case management support to develop and achieve personal recovery goals 
•support is also offered in group settings and to connect youth to external community resources

Eligibility Youth 12 years - 18+ years who experience difficulties at home, school or in the community as a result of substance use and/or mental health concerns. Impact serves residents of Brampton, Caledon and Malton
