Description 142-bed long-term care home * residential care for 19 private rooms and 123 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals 
bedding and furniture 
laundry and housekeeping 
meals 
personal hygiene supplies 
medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) 
assistance with medication and activities of daily living 
recreation and social programs 
 
Special Behavior Support Unit (SBSU) 
19-bed unit for clients who have a primary diagnosis of dementia with significant behaviors that cannot be managed in the client's current environment 
it is a transitional treatment unit and not intended to be a resource for emergency treatment 
 
Additional services and facilities: 
adult day service for people who are frail, have Alzheimer's disease, chronic illness or physical disabilities that require care 
personal support services like baths and showers for seniors who cannot bathe safely in their own homes

Fees Service ; Admission - The cost of long term care accommodation is regulated by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC). Rates are reviewed annually by the MOHLTC and are standardized across Ontario ; Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants * Fee assistance available.
